- Minimum 2 Year of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- You need to have very sound previous track record on Plot/land Sell.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare and execute the Sales plan by discussing with higher management.
- Market survey / Market research with extensive field visits (if needed) & find out potential clients.
- Identify the product gap in the market and take initiative to fill up the gap.
- To look after customer quarries & counseling.
- Establish continuous product and market analysis & Daily, Monthly reporting on prescribed format.
- Sales data collection from market with all product and their alternatives, and disseminate information in weekly and monthly basis.
