Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Fluent in speaking English, Microsoft word and excel

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): BPO, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Data Analysis, IT Enabled Service Software Company Telecommunication
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expand the relationship with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
∎ Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients.
∎ Develop and achieve sales through direct sales channels.
∎ Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
∎ Device business plans for all current and prospective business opportunities.
∎ Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Call center experience will get priority.
∎ English medium background will get priority.
∎ Must need to be fluent in English.
∎ Excellent Communication skills to interact with customers and demonstrate good listening skills.
∎ Analytic skills and working ability with the team.
∎ Good command of Microsoft office especially excels for daily reporting.
∎ Excellent verbal communication skills in ENGLISH.
∎ Willing to work at Night Shifts to match business hours in USA & CANADA (Bangladesh time 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM).

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply (Only O-level, A-level, or Fluent ENGLISH Speaker).

∎ Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.

∎ Ability to relate with a diverse group of people.
∎ Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email, etc.
