We’re hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to lead our client-focused communications. You'll be the primary voice of Magnolia Properties, guiding prospective buyers through inquiries, nurturing leads, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
𝟭. 𝗜𝗻𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 & 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Manage all customer-facing channels, including social media, hotline, and email. Handle inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chat from both prospective and existing clients. Proactively reach out to new leads, follow up on site visits, and re-engage past prospects.
*Client Relationship Building: Develop rapport, understand client needs, and provide tailored information on our housing projects and services. Track all touchpoints in our CRM, ensuring a seamless handover to sales or project teams. Host virtual Q&A sessions for prospective homeowners.
𝟮. 𝗜𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸: Troubleshoot questions or concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. Collect client feedback and suggest process improvements to management.
* Performance & Reporting: Meet or exceed KPIs such as response time, conversion rate, and client satisfaction scores. Generate weekly and monthly reports on call metrics, lead quality, and client insights.
𝟯. 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 & 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: Mentor and coach junior call agents, share best practices and foster a client-centric team culture.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
𝟭. 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2 years in customer service, call center management, or client relationship roles. Prior experience in real estate will be a plus.
𝟮. 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀: Exceptional verbal and written communication in English and Bangla. Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic, solution-oriented approach. Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office. Data-driven mindset: comfortable tracking metrics, analyzing trends, and reporting insights.
𝟯. 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: Proven ability to coach and inspire a small team to deliver outstanding service.
