∎ Manage and reply to the customer queries regarding product coming at the ISHO social media pages (i.e: Facebook & Instagram), ISHO Website and, ISHO Hotline as per Query Management Guideline
∎ Manage and reply to the customer queries regarding product delivery issues coming at the ISHO social media pages (i.e: Facebook & Instagram), ISHO Website & ISHO Hotline
∎ Assist & Guide the customers both online & over phone via providing accurate information

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience is managing "Social Media page Query " is desired
∎ Experience at Customer Care Hotline is desired

Salary: Negotiable
