• Minimum SSC / HSC pass.

• Only Female

Minimum 1 year of experience in social media moderation or customer service.

Good communication skills in Bangla (English is a plus).

Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

Location: Mohammadpur, Dhaka (Mohammadpur residents preferred)

Job Type: Office Based (Onsite)

Office Time (Shifts):

8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Working Days: Saturday – Thursday

Weekend: As per company roster

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support through phone calls and messages.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide solutions.

• Act as social media moderator – reply to comments/inbox queries.

• Maintain customer communication records.

• Assist in day-to-day support tasks related to customer service.
