Dreambuzz Education is looking for a smart, energetic, and communication-skilled individual for the position of Customer Care Officer. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls, communicating with prospective students, and providing primary counseling regarding study abroad opportunities.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Attend incoming phone calls professionally and maintain proper communication with clients.
Contact and follow up with leads provided by the marketing team.
Provide primary counseling regarding study abroad opportunities and services.
Encourage prospective students to visit the office for a detailed consultation.
Maintain lead and communication records properly.
Respond to client queries through phone calls, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Coordinate with counselors and other departments when necessary.
Perform other official/customer support-related duties assigned by management.
