Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: South Banasree, Dhaka

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients and prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person visits.
  • Provide accurate information about our educational consultancy services and training programs.
  • Handle inquiries regarding study abroad, IELTS preparation, and course registrations.
  • Maintain records of student details, follow-up status, and feedback using CRM or Excel tools.
  • Assist with scheduling consultations, follow-ups, and appointments with education counselors.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction during interactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and admission teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses to all queries.
  • Support front desk operations and office management tasks when needed.
