Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients and prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person visits.
- Provide accurate information about our educational consultancy services and training programs.
- Handle inquiries regarding study abroad, IELTS preparation, and course registrations.
- Maintain records of student details, follow-up status, and feedback using CRM or Excel tools.
- Assist with scheduling consultations, follow-ups, and appointments with education counselors.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction during interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and admission teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses to all queries.
- Support front desk operations and office management tasks when needed.
