Additional Requirements:
  • Age 18 to 30 years
  • Only Male
  • Proficiency in Bengali and English typing. Minimum Typing Speed Has to be 30 Words Per Minute. (A Typing Test will be conducted before onboarding)

  • Ability to speak clearly and maintain a helpful attitude.

  • Candidates with experience in e-commerce or managing online bookstores will be given priority.

  • Ability to handle workplace stress and challenges.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide polite and appropriate responses to all types of messages and comments.

  • Receive and process online orders.

  • Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers.

  • Perform other customer service-related tasks as assigned.
