Proficiency in Bengali and English typing. Minimum Typing Speed Has to be 30 Words Per Minute. (A Typing Test will be conducted before onboarding)
Ability to speak clearly and maintain a helpful attitude.
Candidates with experience in e-commerce or managing online bookstores will be given priority.
Ability to handle workplace stress and challenges.
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide polite and appropriate responses to all types of messages and comments.
Receive and process online orders.
Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers.
Perform other customer service-related tasks as assigned.
