∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in CSR
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill, Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure & implement compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards.
∎ Work to ensure good health and a safe environment in the workplace in all aspects of compliance including OSH, Chemical, fire, and electrical.
∎ To take the necessary initiative to remedy all non-compliance findings consecutively.
∎ To maintain a relationship with workers between management to avoid any grievance.
∎ To prepare & update all compliance-related documents/registers as per the buyer's requirement.
∎ To prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
∎ Should have the knowledge to face audits like High Index, Better work, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, and C-TPAT for different kinds of buyers.
∎ To monitor daily safety issues about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & rout case analysis.
∎ To arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, Security Awareness training, etc. effectively.
∎ To assist in updating all necessary licenses/certificates/permits.
∎ To arrange all kinds of the meeting (Compliance Issues), make up to date the registers.
∎ To assist in ensuring a comfortable environment at the workplace.
∎ Computer knowledge, specifically on MS office applications and different type's software base work.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management if and when required basis.
∎ Attentive manner towards detailed requirements is essential.
∎ Good working attitude, Honest and responsible.

∎ Age 28 to 38 years

∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
∎ Must be fluent in English.
∎ Excellent written communication skill required.
∎ Capable to handle independently.
∎ Reliable, independent, honest, proactive.
