Must have the ability to manage the floor staffs.
Must know computer and knowledge how to proceed indent.
Good Communication skills with customers in appropriate accent.
Willingness to work in any shift/ roster.
Previous experience in customer service will given preference.
Confidante to take challenge and fulfil daily tasks.
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
Bangla and English typing known candidates will get preference.
Experienced will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervision capacity and knowledge to manage peoples.
Monitor direct patient care, including assessment, planing, implementation.
Monitor and record keeping movements of various stationery and equipment`s in floors and units.
Maintain confidentiality of patient data and uphold ethical practices while handling sensitive information.
Maintain a polite, positive and professional attitude to build trust and deliver high quality service experiences.
Collect and submit daily/weekly survey reports on customer satisfactions to the supervisor/management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations and customer service standards in all dealings.
