• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Farming, Hatchery, Dairy, Agro based Startup

• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Farming, Hatchery, Dairy, Agro based Startup

• Age 35 to 50 years
• Only Male

• Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced retired Army of Police personnel.

• Preferred Candidates: 1) Retried Army Personnel (Commissioned or Non-Commissioned Officers). 2) Retried Police Personnel (SI, Inspector or equivalent ranks)

• Candidates with proven experience in recovering long overdue or disputed receivables.

• Recover outstanding dues from distributors, dealers and customers.

• Follow up on overdue and long pending receivables.

• Visit customers and distributors regularly to ensure timely collection.

• Negotiable payment settlements and repayment plans.

• Identify and address high risk and inactive accounts.

• Coordinate with internal departments and legal teams regarding recovery related matters.

• Prepare collection reports and update recovery status regularly.

• Initiative and support legal recovery procedures when required.

• Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
