Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/Bachelors of Business Administration from any reputed university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular visit to credit customer to expedite the collection.
∎ Regular visit to AIT deducting customers to expedite the collection of AIT challan.
∎ Follow up Field Force to expedite the collection of outstanding debtors, contact with FM with overdue outstanding on a day to day basis and follow-up the collection with them on tentative collection date with an objective of “no credit sales should be overdue”.
∎ Communicate with Depots on matters related to credit management.
∎ Meet defined department goals and activity metrics.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 year of experience in the similar position is preferable.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets.
∎ Strong attention to detail, goal oriented.
∎ Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures.
∎ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
∎ Willing to travel extensively.
