Responsibilities & Context:
- Visit the party as per the tour plan, count the goods as per the policy and identify the problems.
- Prepare audit reports and presentations in the specified format and upload them to the PDF file drive.
- Upload scanned copies (merged) of all audit documents to the drive and save hard copies of the documents.
- Send a letter to the concerned representative informing them about the problems found and providing recommendations for resolving the problems.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Section In-charge.
