∎ Master's in any discipline from reputed University with No Third Division in academic records.
∎ Candidates having professional degree/certification in credit risk management will be given preference.

Job Context:
∎ Job Grade: Senior Officer to Senior Principal Officer
∎ Job Nature: Permanent.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Processing credit / investment proposals assigned by the line manager / supervisor.
∎ Scrutiny the credit proposals and attached documents, inform to the reporting authority in case of lack of document / information regarding credit proposal.
∎ Communicating with respective branch for fulfilling requirement and follow-up the receipt of required information / document from concerned Branch.
∎ Analyzing credit proposal through assessment of different risk factors like financial risk, business/industry risk, management risk, scrutiny risk, relationship risk, marketing risk and prepare credit memo as per approved format and place the memo to reporting authority for recommendation.
∎ Remain time bound to process credit proposals for recommendation of line manager.
∎ Preparing presentation of proposal for credit committee / Board meeting.
∎ Forwarding the credit memo to the competent authority for approval after necessary amendment as per credit committee recommendation (if applicable).
∎ Communicating to branch officials regarding approval/declined/deferred decision or for other requirements.
∎ Ensuring early alert reporting through identification of deteriorating sign at the initial stage.
∎ Visit client's factory/outlets as and when required.
∎ Maintaining MIS and systematic filing process to ensure timely and quick accessibility to the necessary file.
∎ Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor/Management of the Bank.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 02 (two) to 05 (five) years working experience as credit analyst or relevant experience in a commercial Bank / Financial Institution.
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Very good skills in MS Office.
