Responsibilities:

Creative Design:
Design and develop visually appealing posters, banners, and promotional materials for digital and print platforms.
Create engaging videos, animations, and thumbnails for social media and
campaigns.
Digital Marketing:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Plan and run social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp to increase engagement and brand awareness. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Optimize content, blogs, and landing pages for SEO to drive organic traffic.
Manage Google Ads, and paid campaigns for maximum ROI.
Content Creation:
Write high-quality content for social media posts, website pages, and videos in both English and Bangla.
Gather fact-based information by extensive research and create innovative and original content for various marketing needs.
Campaign Management:
Launch and manage digital campaigns on all social media platforms, email marketing, and social media platforms.
Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize conversion rates to maximize ROI.
Website Management:
Maintain and improve the company’s WordPress-based website with regular updates and enhancements.
Ensure user-friendly design and functionality while implementing SEO best practices.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics with actionable insights.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with teams to ensure marketing materials align with the overall brand strategy.
Proactively suggest creative ideas to improve brand visibility and engagement.
