Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-5 years of experience is required.
∎ Strong research and organizational skills, with knowledge of study destinations worldwide, including expertise in EU countries (e.g., Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Hungary) and English-speaking countries.
∎ Knowledge of scholarship opportunities and visa regulations globally.
∎ Fluent in English with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Quick learner, team player, honest, and dedicated.
∎ Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant tools.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide expert advice and personalized counseling to prospective students regarding study abroad options, academic programs, university selection, and career pathways in destinations like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe.
∎ Collect, organize, and stay updated on information about study abroad programs, universities, scholarships, visa regulations, and admission requirements, sharing timely and accurate insights with students and the marketing team.
∎ Guide students through the application process, including gathering required documents, applying for admission, and ensuring deadlines are met.
∎ Prepare students for visa interviews and provide pre-departure briefings, covering topics such as culture, weather, and local environments.
∎ Handle general inquiries in person, over the phone, and on social media platforms, offering professional advice about higher education opportunities.
∎ Engage in telemarketing and lead generation to promote services, identify potential students, and follow up with prospective clients.
∎ Mentor junior counselors, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student profiles, applications, and communications in the CRM system.
∎ Collaborate with universities and international educational partners to stay informed about admissions policies, program offerings, and relevant changes.
∎ Participate in seminars, webinars, and marketing campaigns to promote educational opportunities and services.
∎ Must have the knowledge and research capabilities about scholarships and how to secure one.
