Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a creative art lead who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and loves the challenge of discovering what makes consumers "click". You will cooperate with a design-savvy team to devise an overall concept.
∎ The goal is to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate targeted audiences.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leads the artistic development of marketing and promotional pieces, including print, online, mobile, television and radio advertisements; collateral materials; and internal and external corporate publications.
∎ Supervises a team of graphic designers, photographers, illustrators, production artists and creative freelancers.
∎ Collaborates with members of the marketing or media buying team to develop strategies for advertising campaigns.
∎ Works with copywriters to develop strategies for advertising campaigns.
∎ Creates presentations and project plans, meets with clients, and ensures successful online representation of our brand.
∎ Producing sketches, storyboards, art layouts based on creative visions and ideas.
∎ Understanding marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Hand-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development.
∎ Hands-on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design.
∎ Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
∎ Outstanding leadership and organization skills.
∎ Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities.
∎ Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
∎ Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well.
∎ Team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
∎ Excellent aesthetic judgment.
∎ Strong leadership skills to oversee the work of other artists.
∎ Creativity and superb communication to develop products that meet clients' needs.
∎ Ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines.
Salary: Tk. 17000 - 20000 (Monthly)
