Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Role:
∎ The Creative Content Developer will work with the PICC team to support the implementation of Oxfam in Bangladesh's internal and external communications, advocacy, and fundraising initiatives-including but not limited to social media management, website/other digital channel management, and supporting the development of materials, toolkits, reports, presentations, graphics, etc. They will ensure compliance with Oxfam's ethical standards and organizational branding and visibility policies.
∎ An ideal candidate should have an understanding of and/or interest in non-profit communications. S/he would exhibit strong interpersonal skills, flexibility and interest in working with diverse colleagues on a variety of aspects including humanitarian communications and campaigns.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 -3 years' work experience in digital communications/digital marketing/design /editing with a national or international NGO, advertising agency, or other relevant employer.

Salary:
∎ BDT. 899,126 gross per annum (13 months) with other benefits e.g. medical for spouse and children, contributory Provident fund, gratuity, leave & Insurance etc.
