Additional Requirements:

Hands-on experience in CAD, AutoCAD, and related engineering design software
Proven experience in solar energy system design, building design, or marine/ship equipment base design
Experience of working in an international or Japanese-affiliated design environment will be preferred
Responsibilities & Context:
Overall management and supervision of the company’s engineering and design operations in Bangladesh
Technical coordination with overseas design teams, especially Japan-based engineers and clients
Review, validation, and quality control of complex engineering designs and drawings
Supervision of CAD-based design activities and adherence to international design standards
Client communication, technical reporting, and project coordination with foreign stakeholders
Development of local technical capacity and knowledge transfer to Bangladeshi engineers
