• At least 15 (Fifteen) years’ experience in the same field.

An experienced Country Manager (CM) is wanted for a Foreign reputed CNPC Chuanqing Drilling Engineering Company Ltd (CCDC) Bangladesh Branch Office.

The candidate must have ability to take the following responsibilities:

• Strategic leadership & vision- defining the Company’s long-term strategy, objectives, and growth plan.

• Overall operations management- overseeing all operations: drilling operations, project execution, resource allocation, budgeting, equipment procurement, staffing, compliance, safety etc.

• Financial and business management-creating budgets, monitoring costs, ensuring profitability, arranging funding or investment if needed: financial planning and capital management.

• Strong analytical, problem solving, and leader ship skills- liaising with the board of directors, government/regularity bodies, clients/customers/investor. Contractors and partners.

• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality standard in the entire project.

• Conducting technical audit for approved to subcontract plant

• Ensuring the entire project quality and technical process implement, overlooking and monitoring

• Coordinating the subcontract and if any complaints occurs then implement smoothly.

• Giving advice to the team to help them makes accurate decision in progress

• Build a highly effective team and manage resource of Pattern

• Innovate, update and implement procedures for all Dept.

• Assess material consumption for using less and earn more profit.

• Be in a team of energetic, self confidence and high spirit of team work.
