• At least 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

• At least (15) fifteen years’ experience in Drilling Engineering Company as CEO & Senior Manager.

An experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is wanted for a Foreign reputed CNPC Chuanqing Drilling Engineering Company Ltd (CCDC) Bangladesh Branch Office.

The candidate must have ability to take the following responsibilities:

• Strategic leadership & vision- defining the Company’s long-term strategy, objectives, and growth plan.

• Overall operations management- overseeing all operations: drilling operations, project execution, resource allocation, budgeting, equipment procurement, staffing, compliance, safety etc.

• Financial and business management- creating budgets, monitoring costs, ensuring profitability, arranging funding or investment if needed: financial planning and capital management.

• Strong analytical, problem solving, and leader ship skills- liaising with the board of directors, government/regularity bodies, clients/customers/investor. Contractors and partners.

• Abilities to meet deadlines and can efficiently use technical knowledge.

• Good in verbal and written communication skill.

• Knowledge of work place arrangement & method study

• Must have knowledge of process controlling.

• Organizational leadership – building and leading the team, talent recruitment, setting internal policies, guiding senior management and departmental heads, ensuring coordination between departments ( technical, operations, admin, finance, etc.)

• Risk management and compliance – ensuring regulatory compliance, safety standards, environmental and operational risk management.

• Working experience as Director, Admin Office, in an International Engineering Company

• Also it would be good if the candidate has the work experience as Director as Operation Department in an International Company.
