∎ A Level or Equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure managing overall business operations and function of the Country,
∎ To supervise all the departments such as Merchandising, Operations, QA, Logistic, Finance, HR etc.
∎ Monitoring the entire process of order execution from development, order placement to shipment and ensure Ontime-Shipment.
∎ Deal with the buyers independently for all aspects of marketing and merchandising activities including marketing, sourcing, price quoting, negotiating, collecting orders, shipment etc.,
∎ Overall P&L responsibility for the Country.
∎ Keep close liaison with the buyer for all the merchandising activities like order booking, processing, order follow up & export planning etc.
∎ Develop and implementation of Marketing communications strategies, commercialization plans and activities with the budget allocations in consultation with management,
∎ People Management, ensure compliance to the local laws,
∎ Responsible for Production Planning, Quality control systems & Technical support,
∎ Lean Manufacturing knowledge will be highly appreciable,
∎ Should be adequately knowledgeable to be able to do machine layout planning, time & motion study etc.
∎ Follow the process & procedures of buyers.
∎ Advise factory/ production/ quality team on fabric, production, quality etc. related technical issues as efficient/ experienced trouble shooter.
∎ Identify product improvements or new products in cooperation with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
∎ The Candidate must have sound knowledge on All types of Knit and Woven garment fabrics, yarn, trims and accessories.

∎ Age 40 to 50 years

∎ Should have good command of spoken and written English.
∎ Must be skilled in use of computer (Excel & e-mail).
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Proven track record of handling reputed buyers.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Apparel Manufacturing Process, Apparel Merchandising, Garments Marketing, Garments Textile, and Knitwear.
∎ Uses expertise and experience to recommend innovative solutions to enhance garments business.
∎ Strong analytical skills.
∎ Effective communication skills.
∎ Product and application knowledge.
