Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, manage and develop the team, building functional capability & expertise.
∎ Ensuring the teams have the skills, knowledge, motivation and empowerment to perform their respective roles.
∎ Leading the teams for achieving the business objectives successfully.
∎ Supervising the team by Organizing workflow and tasks to effectively utilizing the available resources for maximum output.
∎ Ensure that assigned work is performed as per the requirements.
