∎ The Country Health, Safety, and Security Manager, as the senior security official, reports to the Country Director for Safety and Security and serves as the primary advisor to the Country Director and the Senior Management Team on all health, safety, and security matters. While the Country Director manages the day-to-day responsibilities, the Manager collaborates with the Regional and Global teams at Oxfam on substantive issues. Above all, the Manager is responsible for advising the Country Director and the Country Leadership Team on their security duties and responsibilities, following Oxfam International's Health, Safety, and Security Management System.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per Oxfam National C2 pay band, starting annual salary for this role is BDT2,104,742.00 (13 months) with other benefits e.g., medical for self, spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, leave, life insurance, mobile allowance, and other admissible benefits as per the organizational policy. For highly competent & experienced candidates the salary can be negotiable.
