Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Nursing
∎ At least 3 years Diploma in Nursing/Medical Assistant or equivalent degree from any recognized medical institution.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ VARD has been implementing VARD Eye Care Services (VARD-ECS) since last 20 years through well-established four Eye Hospitals located in Sylhet district, Sunamganj district and Comilla district These positions are based at VARD Eye Hospital, Osmaninagar, Sylhet.
∎ Job descriptions:
∎ Provide counseling service for indoor and outdoor eye patient.
∎ Guide surgical patient.
∎ Follow surgical patient.
∎ Maintain surgical patient record
∎ Analyze daily, weekly and monthly counseling performance and provide patient feed to Hospital Manager.
∎ Move with PSP team at the field level as per requirement.
∎ Complete surgical patient admission process.
∎ Maintain patient counseling registers and other records in Software.
∎ Follow up patient for surgery.
∎ Perform other related duties assigned by Hospital Manager (Administration and Field Operation).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Preference will be given for experienced candidate.
∎ Excellent command on MS office (MS word, excel, access etc) and SPSS
∎ Good listening and communication skill.
Salary: Tk. 9000 (Monthly)
