Job Context:

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and confident Female Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well-spoken, presentable, and capable of guiding clients professionally. She will play a key role in understanding client needs, providing accurate information about our services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients in person, over the phone, and through digital channels

• Understand client needs and provide appropriate consultancy services

• Maintain and update client records and follow up regularly

• Assist clients with required documentation and application processes

• Explain service details clearly and professionally to prospective clients

• Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth service delivery

• Attend meetings, training sessions, and events when required
