Responsibilities & Context:
Provide guidance and counseling to students in person and over the phone regarding admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and the visa application process for Japan.
Explain requirements and steps involved in the application process clearly and effectively.
Monitor the progress of admitted students, conduct periodic sessions to motivate and support them, and address any concerns.
Prepare and process student embassy files in preparation for visa interviews.
Resolve student-related issues and communicate with guardians as needed to ensure transparency and support.
Offer assistance in additional administrative and management tasks if need.
