Job Context:
∎ Duration : Up to July 2020 (it may be extension)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to follow Organizational Vision and Mission
∎ Responsible to follow Organizational Gender, Child and Protection Policy
∎ Responsible to follow Organizational Safeguarding, Fraud & bribery Policy
∎ Responsible to follow Organizational Code of conduct regarding Older People (OP)
∎ Communicate with other Health service providers to aware them about Older People (OP) health services
∎ Screening of new patients to provide counseling support at AFS, Outreach and Household level
∎ Ensure dignity, safety and confidentiality of the patient
∎ Aware family and caregiver to ensure better support to patient
∎ Ensure and maintain quality follow up of patients
∎ Ensure secondary and tertiary referral depending on patient’s condition
∎ Identify severely ill and torture victim patients and refer them to Medical Officer (MO)
∎ Operate Outpost service in the community
∎ Discus with Medical Officer (MO) to solve any type of MHPSS related problem
∎ Ensure daily digital data entry and maintain patient’s register
∎ Provide weekly situation report to Project Officer
∎ Perform other related duties as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1 year, Good academic result/Fresher are also encouraged to apply
∎ Capacity in counseling and leadership
∎ Has analytical and problem solving skills
∎ Report writing and documentation skills
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill both in Bangla and English
∎ Proficient in MS Office Application including typing preferably in English and Bengali both E-mail & Internet.
