Immigration & Education Consultancy Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide comprehensive counselling to students and their families on education abroad options and opportunities
∎ Guide students through the application and enrolment process for education abroad
∎ Build and maintain relationships with students, their families, and institutions abroad
∎ Reporting manager is Senior Counselor/Operations Manager
∎ Application submits to university as advised by line manager
∎ Regular follow up with student for updated documents until receive Offer letter
∎ advise and guide student for tuition fees payment with supervision of line manager
∎ Provide further follow up to students who visited office, Regular lead follow up through conversion
∎ Facilitating the enrollment and admission process for international students and ongoing support;
∎ Case and file management in accordance with agency procedure;
∎ Assist student visa applications, ability to meet deadlines and team targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
