Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Cost estimation, Process analysis, SMV Calculation, material utilization, time & motion studies, capacity planning, continuous improvement, data analysis & reporting & cross functional collaboration;
∎ Specialize in overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of quality in production processes;
∎ More focused under cost factor, managing budget O.T, and operational overhead cost; Monitoring factory Pilot process;
∎ Continuous upgradation IE DATA BANK for best operation /process to enhance business productivity;
∎ Coordinate production workflow & all supportive activities to achieve the business goal; Track and monitor factory operation & bottleneck point and taking initiative to solve it for smooth production flow;
∎ Recommends the best methods of space, manpower, material, and equipment utilization in production facilities;
∎ Find out bottleneck areas and analysis and stick to the problem until settled and clear; Recommend new ideas and methods for increasing productivity and improving quality.
