∎ CMA certification (ICMAB) or equivalent.
∎ Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

∎ 5–7 years of experience in cost management, preferably in the RMG industry.
∎ Strong knowledge of costing methods, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
∎ Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.
∎ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement and maintain cost control systems to monitor production and operational expenses.
∎ Gather and analyze financial information for internal use.
∎ Analyze cost structures and provide insights to optimize production efficiency.
∎ Monitor and evaluate material, labor, and overhead costs for different manufacturing units.
∎ Ensure spending is in line with budgets and recommend ways to cut costs.
∎ Develop cost control policies and oversee budget planning aligned with business objectives.
∎ Support budgeting activities and provide accurate cost forecasting.
∎ Conduct variance analysis to ensure financial alignment with operational plans.
∎ Develop and maintain forecasts to assist in organization and project planning.
∎ Prepare cost reports, profitability analysis, and financial statements related to cost management.
∎ Ensure compliance with financial governance requirements, industry regulations.
∎ Work closely with internal and external auditors for cost-related audits and financial reviews.
∎ Support in risk assessment and advise on ways to minimize financial risk across projects and the organization.
∎ Provide financial information for audits and ensure smooth audit processes.
∎ Collaborate with production, supply chain, and procurement teams to manage and control costs.
∎ Work with all teams and management to support informed financial decision-making.
∎ Provide financial insights to support pricing strategies and contract negotiations with buyers.
∎ Assist in capital expenditure planning and cost-benefit analysis for new investments.
∎ Implement and enhance ERP-based cost control systems for better accuracy and efficiency.
∎ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize resource utilization and reduce waste.
∎ Supervise lower-level personnel and outsourced service providers to ensure efficiency in cost management.
