Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and build relationships with corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
∎ Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
∎ Maintain long-term relationships with key clients by providing excellent after-sales support.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
∎ Monitor and identify suitable tender opportunities from government and private sectors.
∎ Coordinate the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
∎ Liaise with internal departments (finance, legal, technical) to gather necessary information for tenders.
∎ Analyze tender specifications, terms, and conditions to assess risks and opportunities.
∎ Follow up on submitted tenders and manage post-bid clarifications or presentations.
∎ Maintain a database of past tenders, clients, and submission outcomes for future reference.
