Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and performance-focused Corporate Sales Officer (CSO) to lead the institutional sales of EduCARE, a health-tech subscription product for students and families. The CSO will be directly responsible for achieving subscription sales targets by building strategic partnerships with educational institutions and converting those leads into active clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly EduCARE sales targets.

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline of institutions, including schools, colleges, and educational centers.

  • Ensure timely conversion of leads to confirmed subscriptions.

Institutional Client Acquisition

  • Identify and approach potential institutions aligned with EduCARE`s mission.

  • Set appointments, conduct presentations, and pitch EduCARE to school principals, managing directors, and decision-makers.

  • Submit customized proposals and secure commitments from clients.

Sales Execution & Documentation

  • Collect official approvals, signed documents, and any required information or parent lists for onboarding.

  • Ensure all activities are recorded with proper documentation (proposal copies, images, signed forms).

  • Maintain follow-up logs and CRM updates for all client interactions.

Activation & Relationship Building

  • Organize activation events such as awareness campaigns, parent meetings, and trial workshops in institutions.

  • Ensure strong parent involvement and help drive subscriptions from notified guardians.

  • Maintain long-term relationships with institutional clients for repeat sales and referrals.

KPI & Reporting Compliance

  • Report weekly progress to the Sales Lead or Supervisor.

  • Maintain 100% accuracy in sales data, document submission, and client records.

  • Collaborate with the customer support and implementation team for smooth delivery.
