∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Sales and Marketing, Electric Item, Electrical marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure monthly sales targets are allocated by the management.
∎ Monitor daily activities of the concerned CSE (Corporate Sales Executive).
∎ Conduct surveys and hunt for potential corporate leads for business opportunities.
∎ Attend corporate meetings with CSE as per KPI.
∎ Motivate and guide concerned teams to improve performance and achieve targets.
∎ Monitor the activities of CSE to assess performance and productivity.
∎ Prepare daily activities report of CSE and report to HOS.
∎ Ensure all sales data upload, report and monitor of concern CSE.
∎ Fulfill daily and monthly KPI set by the management.
∎ Prepare and submit to management monthly sales forecast.
∎ Execute other official tasks, assigned by the department head from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues and all departments.
∎ Must have 2 years of solid job experience in the tender department.
∎ The applicants should have sound knowledge of e-GP.
∎ Strong Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and stress.
∎ High Computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
∎ Should have the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
