∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Client Relationship Management, Corporate Sales, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Export Commercial, Key Account Management, Negotiation Skills, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify, engage, and convert leads to meet targets
∎ Strategize different methods to onboard B2B exporters to subscribe to our platform's annual subscription
∎ Create a strong line of recurring sales across various channels and industries in Bangladesh.
∎ Achieving growth and hitting sales targets with managing a sales team
∎ Present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
∎ Penetrate the export market to onboard them on our platform
∎ Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and convert them.
∎ Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
∎ Hire & Train sales team on the sales pitch with defining sales KPIs
∎ Conduct one on one meeting with clients for potential conversion
∎ Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
∎ Track set KPIs on a CRM to keep track of communication between team members and clients

Additional Requirements:
∎ Great networking ability across industries, particularly centered around export
∎ Proven track record of on the ground execution ability, taking ownership and driving business performance
∎ Proven negotiation skills and experience with partnerships
∎ Experience in dealing government agencies
∎ Strong numeric and analytic aptitude.
∎ Ability to travel across Bangladesh.
∎ Exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work with deadline
