Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead sales team with regular monitoring, follow-up, and cross-checking of the sales target.
∎ To carry forward and execute sales and marketing policies in the market through his team members.
∎ To prepare sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly
∎ To analyze competitors' strategies regularly and set suitable sales strategies for the company.
∎ To help the management to formulate time-demanded marketing and sales strategies for ensuring consistent growth of the company.
∎ To explore new opportunities for business growth.
∎ To solve day-to-day problems at the field level so that the team members consider him as their efficient leader.
∎ To receive day-to-day feedback from his team members for deciding the right next course of action.
∎ To ensure proper utilization of resources at the showroom provided by the company.
∎ To communicate with other departments of the company ensuring sales requirements.
∎ To submit all levels of required sales reports of all outlets from time to time to management for evaluation.
∎ Have vast knowledge of Outlet VM.
∎ To hold other responsibilities that are applicable to this position or to assign as per management direction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Problem-solving skills, critical thinking ability, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and pleasant personality.
∎ Ability to work with minimum supervision.
∎ Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
