Must be proficient in written, communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have sound knowledge in MS Excel and other MS Office Suite Software.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans.
Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in alignment with company goals.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of all sales bills and related documentation.
Monitor client credit limits and take proactive measures for credit recovery.
Ensure recovery of all outstanding credits within a specific time period as defined by company policy.
Be responsible for bringing back Advance Income Tax (AIT) in due time.
Maintain proper documentation throughout the entire sales process.
Prepare and submit regular reports to management as required.
Develop a strategic five-year business roadmap in line with organizational objectives.
Conduct business analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
Verify and confirm party account balances on a regular basis.
Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by superiors.
