∎ Skills Required: Interpersonal Communication Skill, Sales Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure sales achievement as per given target (monthly / quarterly /annually).
∎ Coordinate, monitor & review all sales & team activities of the assigned area.
∎ Smooth communication with clients, parties, customers to maintain good relationship.
∎ Analysis of customer research, current market conditions & competitor information.
∎ Develop & implement marketing plans & initiatives for new & existing products.
∎ Capable of monitor & supervise field staffs & have to achieve team target within stipulated time.
∎ Follow up & ensure collection recovery from the assigned area.
∎ Develop and implement programs effective for enhancing sales performance
∎ Visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss a product and how it will meet the requirements of a customer
∎ Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of a product to influence purchase
∎ Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate products that meet their specifications
∎ Ensure marketing objectives and activities are in line with sales targets
∎ Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance
∎ Ensure provision of proper after sales support and services to clients
∎ Prepare and present to management periodic budgets/sales forecast
∎ Should know the Microsoft Officer package, online communication also telephonic conversation.
∎ Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, ability to communicate and manage well
∎ Strong problem solving and creating skills and ability to exercise sound skills
∎ High level of integrity and dependability with strong sense of urgency
∎ Results oriented
∎ Self-driven, friendly, dynamic, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Take challenge in the new environment.
∎ Building good relations with customers.
