∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): govt. Sales tender, Lift Sales, Tender Preparation, Tender Processing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and evaluate tender opportunities in the market that align with the company's requirements.
∎ Research and analyze tender specifications, requirements, and evaluation criteria.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team and head of sales to gather necessary information and develop customized tender responses.
∎ Prepare and review tender documents, including technical proposals, commercial offers, and supporting documentation.
∎ Ensure compliance with tender requirements, including formatting, submission deadlines and documentation.
∎ Coordinate with various internal departments, such as legal, finance, and operations, to gather relevant information and support the tender submission process.
∎ Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends, pricing, and positioning strategies of competitors.
∎ Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of tender submissions, outcomes, and lessons learned for future reference.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, attending pre-tender meetings and site visits as required.

∎ Age 26 to 35 years
