Job Summary
Leadswin Limited is looking for a fresh graduate who is a quick learner, energetic, and eager to build a career as a Corporate Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving company goals by promoting our innovative products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Quick Learn – Understand the company’s vision, mission, products, target customers, and sales process.
Training – Participate in training on customer communication, presentation, negotiation, and sales techniques.
Targets & KPI – Achieve the monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Client Visits – Regularly visit targeted clients (institutions/companies) to build relationships and present our products and services.
Presentations – Deliver company-approved presentations to potential clients and submit proposals.
Follow-Up – Maintain continuous follow-up with clients to ensure deal closure and agreement finalization.
Activation – Actively participate in the subscriber enrollment process.
Salary: BDT 15,000 - 25,000
Variable Salary: Up to BDT 10,000
Daily Allowance: BDT 500 for each field visit
