∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

∎ At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
∎ Demonstrated experience in sales, customer onboarding, or managing client relationships.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to build rapport and understand client needs.
∎ Target-driven with a sales-oriented mindset.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and approach potential clients through sales visits, cold calls, and online outreach to generate interest in the app.
∎ Showcase the app’s features, benefits, pricing options & value proposition to drive conversions.
∎ Close deals, onboard new clients, and ensure they fully utilize all available offerings.
∎ Assist new customers in getting started and ensuring a seamless setup experience.
∎ Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, and business growth.
∎ Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance the overall experience.
∎ Keep track of sales activities, client interactions, and conversion rates.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales and customer experience.
