  • Strong B2B and B2C sales experience (preferably in building materials, automotive, or related industries).

  • Familiarity with 3M product portfolio will be an advantage.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Valid driver’s license (preferred, for client visits).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to understand technical product features and translate them into customer benefits.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Strong relationship-building and client servicing ability.

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.



Responsibilities & Context:

The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth of 3M Building Films (Architectural, Sun Control, Safety & Security Films) and 3M Automotive Products (Car Care, Paint Protection, Detailing Solutions) by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction in both B2B and B2C segments.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with corporate clients, dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and automotive partners.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for both product lines.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to key decision-makers.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients and channel partners.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales.

Market Development:

  • Identify and develop new application segments for 3M films and automotive solutions.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and events.

Operations & Reporting:

  • Coordinate with installation teams to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Submit timely sales reports and market insights to management.
