Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets within the corporate sector for the Chittagong region.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and prospective corporate clients to expand market share.
∎ Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals as established by the corporate sales department.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their technology and electronics needs.
∎ Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase Walton’s product portfolio and explain benefits tailored to corporate use.
∎ Handle corporate account management, including negotiation of terms, pricing, and contracts.
∎ Conduct client assessments to understand specific requirements and provide customized solutions from Walton’s product line, including electronics, appliances, and other corporate solutions.
∎ Collaborate with the technical and product teams to ensure products meet client specifications.
∎ Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential customers within the Chittagong region.
∎ Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market insights to the Regional Sales Manager.
∎ Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress on sales targets.
∎ Work closely with the sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support for corporate clients.
∎ Ensure timely follow-up on orders, invoicing, and issue resolution to maximize customer satisfaction.
∎ Represent Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC. at local business events, trade shows, and conferences in the Chittagong area.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns tailored to corporate clients in the region.
∎ The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing business relationships with corporate clients in the Chittagong zone.
