Experience:
Bachelor`s degree in business, marketing, or any related field
At least 8+ years of work experience in partnerships, banking, corporate fundraising or a related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the organization`s mission and impact effectively.
Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies and initiatives.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
The Corporate Partnerships Specialist will be responsible for identifying, and cultivating relationships with corporate
partners to secure financial support and strategic partnerships that advance the organization`s mission and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive effective portfolio growth of SAJIDA`s development programs
Identify, build and manage relationships with key corporate partners
Develop compelling concept notes and proposals that align with the strategies of the institutional partners and SAJIDA`s program teams.
Research and collaborate with program teams to conceptualize new initiatives for piloting
Actively develop briefs, learning documents, and other informational materials to keep partners updated on SAJIDA`s work
Negotiate partnership agreements, including sponsorship packages, donation amounts, in-kind support, and other mutually beneficial terms, ensuring alignment with the program`s goals and priorities.
Ensure that corporate partners receive appropriate recognition and stewardship for their contributions,including acknowledgment in publications, events, etc. Establish thought leadership for SAJIDA`s programs among partners

Collaborate with communications and program teams to execute a diverse range of events aimed at spotlighting the programs
Participate in regular field visits to stay informed about program implementations, enabling effective communication with external and internal stakeholders.
Represent the organization at various events, meetings, and other engagements
3. Oversee SAJIDA`s program lifecycle management
Manage the entire program lifecycle—from application to reporting—ensuring compliance with requirements and adherence to deadlines
Collaborate with finance and program staff to develop accurate budgets and ensure optimal utilization of the budget during program implementation.
