∎ LLB/LLM from a reputed University. Affiliation of Advocate ship will be more preferable.
∎ Any Professional certifications also be preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Litigation Management
∎ Finalizing drafts or petitions and taking steps consulting with Bangladeshi Legal Team.
∎ Coordinate external lawyers to fill cases in favour of the Company as per business requirements.
∎ Share Monthly updates of all Company Cases.
∎ Contact Management
∎ To Verifying Previous Land Documents and Land File Study regarding Title Test and Chain of Transfer of Ownership as per proposed for Purchase Land in whole over Bangladesh.
∎ Face Civil & Criminal issue on behalf of the company in any court, tribunals, police station, or any other authority for the interest and benefit of the company.
∎ To Participate in various meeting for taking decision in Particular land and possession rights purchase, exchange, disclaim and ADR or Solenama.
∎ Check, verify and provide opinion on all kinds of land related vetting (title deed, Baya Deed, Khatians, Dags, DCRs of CS, SA, RS, BS, Commissioning etc.
∎ Agreement drafting, vetting and scrutinizing agreements and various legal documents.
∎ Create awareness regarding due diligence of the Agreement.
∎ Secretarial Activities
∎ Drafting and Finalizing Secretarial Documents.
∎ Management of Statutory Meetings, records the minutes & Registers duly.
∎ Ensure all Secretarial Compliances.
∎ Legal Opinion and Compliance
∎ Provide an opinion on Product Labeling, Human Resources (HR) issues, Company matters, Branding & Marketing issues when required.
∎ Policy drafting or amendment as per business requirement.
∎ Update management regarding major changes of Laws and regulations that are relevant to company's business.
∎ Business Impact analysis of new laws and amendments/changes of laws.
∎ Maintenance of Intellectual Properties Rights, Brand Protection Activities & Dealing with Critical Regulatory Issues
∎ Management of Trademarks is in pending process and provide required documents and feedback when required.
∎ Filing new trademark applications as per business requirements.
∎ Monitor & Cooperate with Brand Protection Activities when required.
∎ Renewal of Membership in various trade associations.
∎ RJSC return filling - pre & post registration
∎ Filing cases under different laws
∎ Send a renewal alert to the management
∎ Familiar with bank documentations for Loan, Mortgage etc.
∎ Prepare and maintain vendor deed agreements
∎ Prepare legal documentations
∎ Dealing with critical Regulatory Issues as per business requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Labor Law, Company Law, Legal Affairs, Legal Compliance Code of Conduct, Registration Act, Partnership Act, Arbitration.
∎ Should have knowledge on Labor Law & Litigation.
∎ Good communication & presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethic and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Enrollment as an advocate from Bangladesh Bar Council.
∎ Enrollment as an Advocate in High Court Division of Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
∎ Positive attitude to work under immense pressure with leadership quality.
