Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Master's degree passes. Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, Botany, Zoology, Geology, Geography will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare annual training need assessment as required of the organization.
∎ Develop and update training module, manual & curriculum.
∎ Organize, conduct and manage different staff training and orientation.
∎ Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house)
∎ Select appropriate training methods or activities.
∎ Gather feedback from participants after each training.
∎ Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
∎ Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
∎ Assist to prepare training budget on monthly, quarterly, six monthly and yearly bases.
∎ Prepare and submit necessary reports to head of the department after each training.
∎ Assist higher management and represent for need based organizational activities.
∎ Keeping good coordination with all assigned departments or Projects.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
∎ Age at Maximum 45 years.
∎ Proven work experience as a trainer.
∎ Trac record in designing and executing successful training program.
∎ Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods.
∎ The candidate must have experience general TOT and preference to design microfinance, agriculture and right based training.
∎ Ability to plan multitask and manage time.
∎ Strong writing and record keeping ability.
∎ Good computer and database skills.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)

∎ If he/she becomes the permanent employee of the organization, other benefits will be offered as per organization policy i.e. annual leave, sick leave, provident fund, Gratuity, staff welfare, medical Allowance, Tiffin Allowance, Festival Bonus: 3 etc.
