Knowledge on principles and procedures of recruitment & selection
Working knowledge on ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or any related recruitment applications is required
In depth knowledge about the recruitment challenges and ability to deal with the challenges
Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Power Point and Excel
Excellent Communication and managing skills
Networking and Influencing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bangla & English

The Opportunity
- The position Coordinator-Talent Acquisition manages end-to-end recruitment activities in Cox’s Bazar and serves as the functional lead for the local Talent Acquisition team, ensuring alignment with Save the Children’s HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Responsibilities include leading recruitment assistant, coordinating with hiring managers, facilitating job advertisements, interviews, legal vetting, and rehiring processes. The role also oversees recruitment operations through Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC), maintains the recruitment tracker, and ensures proper documentation for audit readiness. Additional duties include supporting staff induction, participating in investigations, guiding recruiters, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across programs and the country office.
