Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS)
∎ Any other degree related to CSR.
∎ Skills Required: Computer Skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building awareness amongst business heads of ACI Group about CSR and CSV.
∎ Assist to inquiry on proposal, initiatives, resources allocation, budget and evaluation of the initiatives to create CSV's.
∎ Undertake briefing sessions and plan transition from CSR to CSV concept.
∎ Assist to develop innovative projects and program concepts based on pillars of CSR/CSV by integrating the core competencies of the company.
∎ Coordinate initiatives under creating shared value in different departments of ACI Group and follow up the programs.
∎ Communicate with key persons from different departments of the company, NGO, donor agencies and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Collect reports, news, updates and successes of the initiatives under CSR/CSV and disseminate them to the relevant stakeholders.
∎ Produce annual sustainability report.
∎ Follow guidelines of ISO 26000.
∎ Perform any other job assigned by supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication skill in English of both verbal & written.
∎ Experience in coordinating CSR projects of any reputable company or implementation of CSR project.
∎ Experience in obtaining support from and NGO will be an added advantage.

Salary: Negotiable
