Jugantar Samaj Unnayan Sangstha (JSUS) is a national level Non-Government Organization (NGO) actively working in urban and rural areas of Bangladesh since 1997. The organization is currently working in Chattogram, Cox’s Bazar, Dhaka, Cumilla, and Rangamati district. JSUS has been implementing several kind of program/project like; Education, Health, Disability, Skill Development, Humanitarian response activities etc. The organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coordinator (Social Development) to provide realistic operational support to the current & upcoming program/project.
Job Responsibilities
Contribute as team members in developing grant proposals as required. Regular Fund Raising, Donor Relations & Linkage, Documentation and ensure their timely submission.
Coordinate and complete all the activities including field operations in line with organization guideline and policies.
Establish effective working relationship with relevant government and non-government service provider organizations.
Ensure Monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly and Yearly project Report /Donor report and maintain the time frame.
Ensure Monthly staff meeting and meeting decision/minutes sending to Executive Director Regularly.
Maintain effective liaison/interaction with relevant local government institutions (CIC, RRRC, DC, UNO and others relevant sectors) NGOs, and other relevant stakeholders of the project areas.
Attend different capacity building activities, meeting, training and workshops.
Engaging in program planning in consultation with team members & stakeholders.
Supporting projects counterparts to coordinate and write donor reports and sending to Executive Director for final reviewing.
Working closely with the project team and ensure lessons from program implementation are well documented and linked to donor persuasion. Supporting monitoring, evaluation and reporting on specific grants.
Contributing to the development of risk management plans and actively manage risks.
Improve and develop communications material for the organization such as brochure, website, success story, case study, annual report etc.
Carry out any other responsibility assigned by the Executive Director.
Higher salary will be negotiable for more experienced candidate.
T/A, Mobile bill, Weekly holiday.
