Excellent skill in both Bengali & English typing.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement safety and security policies and procedures at projects.
Regularly evaluate risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Inspect and maintain safety and security equipment at projects.
Investigate accidents and incidents at projects.
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and security regulations.
Administer and ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness at projects.
Educate and train concerned personnel on proper safety and security procedures, emergency response protocols and the use of safety and security equipment.
Supervising security personnel at site to ensure property and personnel are effectively protected.
Maintaining liaison with local authorities in order to facilitate smooth administrative functions at projects.
Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
